Project lead for Customer Relationship Quality — making sure the customer voice was not only heard but understood. Coordinated PTC development teams in India against customer requests, managed implementation and user agreements, and reported quality status to upper management.

Market research for middleware (the Agosense product), building partnering channels between Japan and Germany, and verifying customer leads.

Project lead on several Tier-1 and OEM automotive engagements — from project plan creation and negotiation through execution and customer satisfaction. Extended coverage across the USA and APAC, focused on Japan with support for South Korea, China, and Taiwan, optimizing business processes for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

Pre-sales consulting and customer demonstrations of PTC Integrity, plus hands-on delivery across requirements and test management, data-migration architecture, and test automation with HILS/SILS/MILS and Matlab Simulink code generation. Trained PTC ALM consultants and worked within A-SPICE, ISO 26262, and DO-178b/c process models.

Technical implementation of PTC Integrity — analyzing customer work processes, designing the target architecture, and installing and configuring OS (Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Windows Server), databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server), and application servers. Extended workflows via the Java and JavaScript APIs and migrated data from legacy systems.

Ported an automotive MMI system from Windows to QNX — analyzing the architecture, rebuilding missing functionality in C/C++, and running function and integration testing on QNX hardware targets. Demonstrated infotainment systems at trade fairs and administered all source projects, implementing CMMI and A-SPICE workflows.

Supported, maintained, and expanded the internal CRM system in BASIC and Visual BASIC, delivered user training and documentation, and maintained the network — including Novell NetWare configuration and internal hardware support.
